Join Our Board of Directors

The SIMPCO Foundation is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re seeking thoughtful leaders to help guide our strategic direction. As we expand our initiatives in public health, research, community engagement, and international collaboration, Board members contribute their expertise, insight, and governance oversight to a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to strengthening preventive health systems, advancing health equity, and supporting medical innovation across Africa and the global diaspora.

What Board Service Involves

• Participation in quarterly Board meetings
• Engagement in strategic planning and governance
• Support of key organizational priorities and fundraising goals
• Collaboration with a distinguished group of leaders in global health, economic empowerment, and sustainable development

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with experience in global health, medicine, public health policy, nonprofit governance, finance, law, communications, or international development — and anyone whose leadership and values align with our mission of global health impact, strategic leadership, and collaborative service.
