Why We Exist

For decades, I have witnessed preventable suffering in communities that lack access to basic health services and economic opportunity.

SIMPCO Foundation exists to change that  not with short-term aid, but by building institutions, skills, and systems that communities own for generations.

What We Do

Our Approach

Nothing about you
without you.

Every SIMPCO Foundation program is designed and delivered with local partners.

We train local providers, transfer knowledge and equipment, and build infrastructure so that every mission leaves behind capability, confidence, and community resilience, not dependency.

Where We Work

From West Africa to the Caribbean to communities across the United States, each program is built with local partners, not for them.
