Why We Exist

The SIMPCO Foundation is a nonprofit organization advancing health equity, economic empowerment, and sustainable development within disadvantaged communities worldwide. We emphasize culturally sensitive health self-empowerment: we build institutions and capacity within our partner nations for themselves, not just a presence.

Our Approach

Every SIMPCO Foundation program is designed and delivered with local partners.

We train local providers, transfer knowledge and equipment, and build infrastructure so that every mission leaves behind capability, confidence, and community resilience, not dependency.

The Sterling Initiatives Family

The SIMPCO Foundation is the nonprofit arm of the Sterling Initiatives family of organizations, which includes the SIMPCO Solution and Jeffrey Sterling, MD consultancies.

Together, the family of organizations pairs practical expertise with charitable purpose and the Foundation carries the mission into communities worldwide.
