- Entity: The SIMPCO Foundation, an Illinois nonprofit corporation (established December 21, 2022)
- EIN: 92-1425629
- Federal tax status: An application for recognition of exemption under Section 501(c)(3) is pending with the IRS. This page will be updated when a determination is issued.
- Illinois Attorney General charitable registration: Registration status will be published here.
Annual Reporting

- IRS Form 990: The Foundation’s first Form 990 will be posted after its first tax year closes.
